Animated Dreams 2015 winners

On Saturday, the 21st of November, Animated Dreams revealed the winners of this year’s edition in an official closing ceremony in Cinema Sõprus. The international jury, composed of Emma de Swaef (Belgium), Tsvika Oren (Israel) and Kalju Kivi (Eesti) commented that the decision-making was far from easy, but that they are very pleased with the final list. Also, they wanted to congratulate and thank all of the participants for their commitment to animation and wonderful works.
Animated Dreams 2015 winners are:
Grand Prix NAIL of Heino Pars, presented by Eesti Nukufilm and Eesti Joonisfilm
Daisy Jacobs – “The Bigger Picture”
Best Student Film, presented by Animation Mentor
Dina Velikovskaya – “About a Mother”
Best Sound Design
Jerzy Kucia – “Fugue for Cello, Trumpet and Landscape”
Best Non-Narrative Animation
Paul Bush – “Five Minute Musem”
The jury members also gave out three Special Mentions
